After a night at “Whore House”, what better way to top off Memorial Day weekend than with a day in the park sippin on a 40? Over a thousand heads took over Riverside Park in Washington Heights Sunday, May 30th to just chill by the riverside, kick it with friends, and sip on a cold one in peace. Midway through, the police came and shut it down, as most of us knew they would, but that didn’t stop us. The party took to the streets and stoops all over and we kept it going all night long. Wordspit the Illest, Awol, The Fresh Kids, Siria Alvarez, Doper Jones, Kavi, and Brooklyn’s Finest were some of the many friends in attendance.

STACKS ON DECK

With its all new model for 2010, the “Stacks” is Terry’s latest signature shoe that offers a sleek low-top alternative to the “Society”. Two initial color ways will be released exclusively at Supra dealers this month, black leather and gray suede canvas. The inception of the shoe features a black canvas body with a light-blue rubberized sole and a suede gray canvas body with a white sole. The embossed Supra logo spans the back edge and the sneakers also feature the customary Supra tag and tongue embroidery.
